Not only are Google+ circles better to look at and easier to understand, it is now easier to find people and pages.

If you have not noticed it yet, Google+ circles have improved; it now has a cleaner look which is easier to understand and makes it is easier to manage your connections.

The circles now include a new left-hand side navigation page which lets you manage your circles much more efficiently and shows you whom has you in their circles, making it easier for you to see whom is interested in your content.

If you have had problems of finding people to connect with, it seems to be a thing of the past. Another enhancement is the easy access to importing contacts from and email account or adding an address book.

Finding people by using the ‘search box’ will also be much more efficient as the Google+ updates now show results of individuals, organisations and Google+ pages.
